The HVAC system has always been referred to as ‘the lungs’ of a building or home. That’s because your system breathes air in and exhales air out. A normal residential system will recirculate the air 5 to 7 times a day. That means dust, pollen, pet dander, insect matter, and chemicals are moving through our breathing space constantly.
